Meet the people of Ponce Church
Tolivar wills
Head Pastor
Tolivar and his wife Sam hail from Ohio. They have 3 beautiful children, Hailey, Riley, and Anthony. After 11 years with Campus Crusade, the Lord led Tolivar to Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Prior to Ponce Pres., Tolivar served as an assistant pastor at Christ Presbyterian Church in Connecticut and helped plant a church in New Haven.
Tolivar and Sam love NCAA football, all things Ohio State Buckeyes, and spending time with friends and family.

Laura Hamm
Children’s Ministry Director
Laura is an Atlanta native who was thrilled to move back to the area last year after 8 years in the Midwest. Laura and George pursued degrees at Covenant Seminary in St. Louis before serving with RUF in Louisville, KY. Back in Atlanta, they spend their time exploring the parks and playgrounds with their baby girls (1 and 4) and hanging out with the Emory students whom he pastors through RUF. *When* she has free time she likes to try new creative hobbies, but usually just takes a nap.
If you’re interested in volunteering with CM at Ponce, please ask Laura any questions you may have.
Hace Cargo
Assistant Pastor
Hace was born and raised in Metro Atlanta and attended the University of Georgia where he met his wife, Sally. After graduating from UGA, Hace and Sally spent two more years in Athens doing college ministry before Hace attended Covenant Theological Seminary in St Louis, MO. After seminary, the Cargos returned to Atlanta to join a church plant in the Brookhaven area and served there for seven years before coming to Ponce. Since returning to Atlanta their family has grown with the addition of their two boys.
Fraser perrett

The Lord led him back to Atlanta in March 2020, and he’s currently enrolled at RTS Atlanta, working with college students at Georgia Tech, and serving at Ponce Presbyterian as Pastoral Intern. He and his wife Whitney were married in April 2021, live in Smyrna and love coffee, travel, trying new foods, making new friends, and all things outdoors.
