CALL TO WORSHIP

Proverbs 3:5-8

5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.

5 Fíate de Jehová con todo tu corazón,Y no te apoyes en tu propia prudencia.

6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.

6 Reconócele en todos tus caminos, Y él enderezará tus veredas.

7 Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn away from evil.

7 No seas sabio en tu propia opinión;Teme a Jehová, y apártate del mal;

8 It will be healing to your flesh  and refreshment to your bones.

8 Porque será medicina para tu cuerpo, Y refrigerio para tus huesos.

“Great Jehovah”

Verse 1

Before there was life

You were seated on high

From there You spoke time

And we were already on Your mind

Can't explain Your love

Verse 2

Without performance You called us Your own

Couldn't afford it

So with Your blood, You bought our freedom

Can't explain Your love

Pre- chorus 1

Ruler of everything

Worthy of all that we could bring

You are great Jehovah All power is Yours

Verse 2

Pre-chorus 2

No song we sing

Can explain Your love of me

You are Great Jehovah

All power

Chorus

Great Jehovah, Ruler of everything

Our Defender, You are the Most High King

 God, You reign

No word good enough

No song loud enough to

Explain Your love, it

Amazes us, Jehovah

No sin strong enough

No weapon against us can

Contain Your love, it's

Alive in us, Jehovah

“Hear The Call of the Kingdom”

Verse 1

Hear the call of the kingdom

Lift your eyes to the King

Let His song rise within you

As a fragrant offering

Of how God rich in mercy came in Christ to redeem

All who trust in His unfailing grace

Verse 2

Hear the call of the kingdom

To be children of light

With the mercy of heaven the humility of Christ

Walking justly before Him

Loving all that is right

That the life of Christ may shine through us

Chorus

King of heaven we will answer the call

We will follow bringing hope to the world

Filled with passion filled with power to proclaim

Salvation in Jesus' name

Verse 3

Hear the call of the kingdom

To reach out to the lost

With the Father's compassion

In the wonder of the cross

Bringing peace and forgiveness

And a hope yet to come

Let the nations put their trust in Him

CHORUS

“Good Good Father”

Verse 1

I've heard a thousand stories

Of what they think You’re like

But I've heard the tender whisper

Of love in the dead of night

You tell me that You’re pleased

And that I'm never alone

Chorus

You're a Good Good Father

It's who You are It's who You are It's who You are

And I'm loved by You

It's who I am It's who I am It's who I am

Verse 2

I've seen many searching for answers Far and wide

But I know we're all searching for answers Only You provide

Because You know just what we need

Before we say a word

Bridge

You are perfect in all of Your ways

You are perfect in all of Your ways

You are perfect in all of Your ways to us

Verse 3

Love so undeniable I can hardly speak

Peace so unexplainable I can hardly think

As You call me deeper still As You call me deeper still

As You call me deeper still

Into love love love

SERMON TEXT | ESTHER 10:1-3 ESV

The Greatness of Mordecai

10 King Ahasuerus imposed tax on the land and on ythe coastlands of the sea. And all the acts of his power and might, and the full account of the high honor of Mordecai, zto which the king advanced him, are they not written in athe Book of the Chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia? For Mordecai the Jew was bsecond in rank to King Ahasuerus, and he was great among the Jews and popular with the multitude of his brothers, for he csought the welfare of his people and spoke peace to all his people.

“I Wonder”

At the stars in the night, I wonder

At Your lightning in the sky, I shudder

Your glory is a blanket that covers

Every living thing

I'm in awe at the majesty of who You are

Your love is a seal burnt inside my heart

All of the day I want to be where You are

Holy Father

And it feels like there's not enough praise inside of me

With all these words, all my heart can sing is holy

You are holy

Chorus

Jesus Christ

You bled Your love, laid down Yourself

And gave me life

In naked shame You hung and You were lifted high

Here I lay in awe and wonder

I am afraid

For no one's ever sacrificed and loved me this way

So on my face I fall under Your heavy grace

Here I lay in awe and wonder

And I wonder

I'm in awe at the majesty of who You are

Your love is a seal burnt inside my heart

All of the day I want to be where You are

Holy Father

And it feels like there's not enough praise inside of me

With all these words, all my heart can sing is holy

You are holy

CONFESSION OF FAITH

We know God by two means: First, by the creation, preservation, and government of the universe, since that universe is before our eyes like a beautiful book in which all creatures, great and small, are as letters to make us ponder the invisible things of God: God’s eternal power and divinity, as the apostle Paul says in Romans 1:20. All these things are enough to convict humans and to leave them without excuse. Second, God makes himself known to us more clearly by his holy and divine Word, as much as we need in this life, for God’s glory and for our salvation. Belgic Confession, Art. 2

COMMUNION

“Establish the Works of Our Hands”

If You don't build it we labor in vain

Without Your Spirit we stand with no strength

I know my life is passing away

But the works of Your hands are what will remain

(Pre-Chorus)

Let the favor of the Lord rest upon us

Chorus

O Lord establish the work of our hands

O Lord establish the work of our hands

Verse 2

Teach us to number the length of our days

Pour out Your power we'll pour out Your praise

Teach us to run to finish the race

For only what's done in love will remain

Alleluia alleluia alleluia

Alleluia alleluia alleluia
